Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use ttfurnishing.co.uk or buy from T&T Furnishings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens. If we discover a material error before dispatch, we will contact you and offer a correction or cancellation with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or delivery is not possible.

Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Available secure payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
