Where we deliver

We currently deliver to customer addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Transit time

Transit normally takes 4–7 business days after processing. The total estimated time from order to delivery, including 1–3 business days of processing, is 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruption or severe weather.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping to UK addresses is free. The checkout will show a delivery charge of £0.00 before payment.

Tracking and large-item delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. Large furniture orders may arrive in more than one package or require a delivery appointment.
